While with a major financial services solutions provider, Jim led a turnaround that delivered a next generation product in ten months, following a $15M write-off of a failed four-year product initiative. He participated on merger and acquisition teams resulting in seven acquisitions totaling over $250M in annual revenue, 5,000 clients and 1,200 employees. In other leadership roles, Jim participated in startup and IPO activities, provided ERP and Executive consulting services and led strategic initiatives that yielded improvements in customer service, brand awareness, profitability, and market share.
